Check In Procedures

Please note: We do not have any available cabins for the remainder of the year, and potentially next year. We are sorry for the inconvienence.

We do however, have 2 travel trailers to rent, if you are interested.

Check-in is at 2 p.m. each day. Please bring your reservation information with you and check in at our office at the entrance to the park upon your arrival.

Check-out is at 11 a.m. on the final day of your reservation at Crow’s Nest. Please clean up all trash, belongings, and other messes on your site before leaving. We ask that you honor our check-out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next arriving guests.

What to Bring on Your RV Trip:

At Crow’s Nest, we are dedicated to providing the amenities you need for a fun and relaxing stay at our resort. To enhance your stay, we recommend that you bring the following:

  • Outdoor chairs such as camping chairs
  • Kitchen utensils for outdoor food preparation
  • Towels and washcloths for the bath house
  • Toiletry items
  • Flashlights and/or headlamps

Payment & Cancellation Policies:

  • FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards, debit or cash, no checks.

  • DEPOSIT POLICY:
    In- Person Deposit: One-night rate taken when the reservation is booked.
    Holiday Deposit: Entire reservation amount must be paid when the reservation is booked.
    Online Payment: Full payment is required when booking online.

  • CANCELLATIONS
    Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than SEVEN (7) days before your arrival date, one night will be forfeited. If you have a monthly stay you will forfeit $100.

    No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policies.

    Extensions must be approved by the office before the day of departure. Extra fees apply.

Rules & Policies

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

General Rules:

  • SPEED LIMIT: 5 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!

  • QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. to 7a.m.

  • SITE OCCUPANCY: Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.

  • CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

  • PETS: Keep on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Barking and aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or playground areas.

  • VEHICLE REPAIRS: Vehicles and RV repairs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.

  • RV WASHING: You are not permitted to wash your RV at our resort. Please check with our main office for more details.

  • OTHER CAMPSITE GUIDELINES: Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer.

    Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut (or sewer ring) or a screw-type connector.

    Please do not park or drive on grass

    All units must be 15 years old or newer and are subject to camp host approval.

    No homemade campers will be allowed

    Campsites are assigned at check-in

VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES
could result in ejection from the park without a refund.

Other Policies

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • The Guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by insects or other animals. Resort and it’s owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PERSONS OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND. PARK STAFF IS NOT ALLOWED TO WORK ON RVS BELONGING TO GUESTS. CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO WHIMS OF MOTHER NATURE!
